Brian and Justin slipped away for a much needed rest after Brian and his Great Nephew finished their courtcase.  It had been far to long since Brian and Justin got away but it isn't the get away they hoped for.  While they are at the villa in Ibiza, Brinn is struggling with her pregnancy and Gus is just struggling.  

Gus has put Shelby through a lot in the past.  Will he push her too far this time?

The saga of Brian and Justin Taylor Kinney continues.  Their children are grown and life is good.  Brinn hopes to marry Zach soon but a few issues seem to be keeping them from setting a date.  While Brinn and Zach try to work through it, Dan and Marcus are fighting to keep their daughter. After a court case will they get to keep the little girl they had raised for five years or will she be taken away?

This family will do anything for each other, and I do mean anything.

This is the final story in the Double Trouble Trilogy.  It picks up about 6 years after 'Graduation' ends.  JR is happily married to husband Noah and pregnant with her first child... the first Grandchild for Brian and Justin.  Gus is also happily married to husband Jason.  This couple wants nothing more than to also make Brian and Justin Grandparents, but it has not been as easy for them.  Then, out of nowhere, someone from Gus and JR's Canadian past comes back into their lives and may be the solution that Gus and Jason have been praying for.

It’s funny how life works sometimes -- in cycles, repeating the same themes in different ways with different situations. Leaving it up to us to recognize a familiar situation and call on our past experience to get through it. But sometimes you can’t see the forest for the trees.

Justin decides to make a huge transition in his career, but things are not always what they seem.

Brian Kinney is the editor of "Out & Proud," a well-known gay publication. Justin Taylor is a brilliant young journalist working for the same publication and Brian's life partner.  During their ongoing search for new, interesting items to write about, Brian sends Justin to meet with Vic Grassi, who was one of the prominent figures of gay life in the Pitts in the 1970's and 1980's.  Justin is somewhat reluctant to take the assignment at first, but after he learns more about Vic and his fascinating life story —as well as his special bond with Brian — he's more inspired than ever before.

Brian, Justin, and their extended family continues to go through life.  There are ups and downs but there is nothing they can't do when they do it together.

Warning: Chapter 20 does have the death of a child in it but it is not a core character and the rest of the story does not contain anything like that.

Leaning back against the leather headrest, Brian let out a shaky breath, already feeling sweaty and a little disoriented. He realized he had two choices here, both potentially impacting his dignity in a major way. As much as he wanted to try to tough it out the additional half hour, to endure whatever happened next in the comfort of a Four Seasons Hotel suite, the reality of the situation was that Lindsay and Melanie’s neighborhood was much closer. And it was absolutely inevitable that Brian's body was going to revolt sooner than later.

It's the year 2010:  Justin comes home to Pittsburgh for a special occasion.

The year is 2014. Just before gay marriages are voted as legal in the State of Pennsylvania, Brian runs a campaign pro-gay marriages. The aftermath lands him in a lot of trouble. The appearance of an old friend and their quick thinking saves him from prison. Is marriage worth it to save himself from prison? Especially when Justin is back in town after many years of absence.

An alternate ending to season two and how Justin and Brian could have avoided the break-up.

Justin moves into the red brick house with his boyfriend Ethan and the guy who lives upstairs is not just an asshole but also really weird.

Brian and Justin are still madly in love. They have been married over 7 years and have been together for 18. Their children Gus and Brinn are the light of their lives but things are never easy for their family. Drama follows them from Pittsburgh to California but their love will never die.

This was supposed to be oneshot but kind of got out of control. It'll be only two chapters though. Brian and Justin try and trick each other and it doesn't work out for either of them. 

After a wonderful wedding Brian and Justin Taylor Kinney are waiting for the new member of the family to arrive.  But life won't let them enjoy this happiness for long. Love is always there.

After 10 long years, Brian and Justin are getting married.  Nothing is ever simple for these two.  Follow the drama and joy as they prepare to spend the rest of their lives together.

Justin and Brian are coming up on the 10th anniversary of the day they met.  Justin plans an art show at Lindsey's gallery. Brian runs into a female lover from 20 years earlier. Brian remembers this love as he plans a surprise for their anniversary.

Justin and Brian had gone their own way but neither were happy.  They belonged together and Brian would go anywhere Justin wanted to be.

AU: Brian has a nightly visitor and he just can't make any sense of it.

This is loosely based on the short movie "Betrothed" starring Gale Harold.

A Halloween fic set in the Gus/ Dani Homecoming!future 'verse. Gus has just turned sixteen. Danika (short version - Justin and Daphne's daughter) is about to turn three.  Gus wants to hang with his mates on Halloween but Dani really, really wants to go Trick or Treating with her big brother.

So here it is.  It's set maybe 2 years post 513.  Justin returned from New York about 12 months ago, but they sold Britin and have been living at the loft.  Justin rents studio space.

Several months after Justin leaves with Ethan, he happens to run into Brian in Chicago and they inevitably fall into bed together. After that, neither can resist and these trysts start to become a regular thing. Everything is going great - they don't have the gang giving them unwanted advice and nobody but them knows what's going on. Until, eventually, Brian gets tired of being the 'other man' and wants more . . . Based on T**'s plot bunny.

This was written for the "37 Days of Gusmas" challenge. This was a fund-raising challenge to raise money for the Ali Forley Center which provides shelter for homeless GLBT kids.

In the Gusmas challenges there are 37 prompts - some words or phrases, some images - covering the days from Thanksgiving to New Year's Eve. The challenge is to write one or more drabbles based on the prompts.

I've cobbled together a story based on drabbles for each of the 37 prompts.

This was written for the Moonshadow Tribe's Christmas Challenge - the theme was "worst holiday ever".

Brian and Justin have been together for seventeen years, well, more or less: seventeen years have passed since the night of their meeting, the one in which Gus, the son of Brian and his friend Lindsey, was born and since then they have been on and off regularly.

Gus, however, is willing to do anything for his relationship to be as smooth as silk, but he has just moved to Pitsburgh and the only thing he is sure of is that life is a mess and this, in essence, is the only thing on which father and son agree.

Justin returns from working on Rage in LA and becomes depressed and must also face his largely untreated PTSD from the bashing. AU from 501. This series follows Justin and Brian as they navigate mental health diagnoses and treatment. Alternating first person POV with the focus always on Brian and Justin's relationship and their evolving dynamics - both as individuals and as a couple - as they navigate learning to manage chronic mental illness. Angst and Emotional Hurt/Comfort with themes of hope while challenging stigma around mental health.

Their boss is a hopeless romantic and thinks Brian and Justin are very much in love. But Justin can’t stand Brian and Brian is a very cold person who doesn’t care about other people’s feelings.

After five years in New York he returns to Pittsburgh and goes looking for answers that are long overdue. His whole life will be changed forever when he finally gets the answers he has been looking for. 

A tragedy strikes and Justin has to learn to live a new kind of normal.

Brian and Justin have been dating long distance when they learn they are to become parents.

The Jeep breaks down and forces Brian and Justin to have a memorable night at a motel room… That charges by the hour.

This story is listed under the hetero sex category but don't worry, our boys won't take part in such horrendous activities.

Daphne catches Brian on one of his nights playing vigil at Justin's hospital door. Feelings are revealed.

Justin lives in a world that doesn’t quite feel right. Then he starts seeing a man everywhere he goes. But who is he?

Using the excuse of new accounts, Brian pays Justin a surprise visit on Valentine's Day. Romance is not dead and Brian shows Justin he is capable of romantic gestures.

Slightly older Brian and Justin. They have never met but know that the other exists. Justin accidentally makes Brian fall in love with him over a weekend. This is not a story filled with mooneyes and smooching. This story involves storytelling, Viagra and obsessed Brian.

Justin gets a new teacher his senior year. Things take a dark turn when he starts a relationship with the man.

Daphne sends Justin one of those relationship articles and wants to know what he thinks.  He responds based on his own relationship experience.  Which, funnily enough, doesn't bear a lot of resemblance to something from a hetero magazine.

Justin and Brian have just announced their pregnancy to the family, much to the joy of many, and the aggravation of a few. Celebrate their ups and downs, their joys and sorrows and surprises, as they make their way through the last five months of pregnancy and their first days of being fathers.

At the time, this was the only truly AU bj fic I've ever written. All of the others assumed at least that they met the same as in canon, however what happens next might vary.

But in this one ... Brian and Justin meet when Justin is slightly older and in a completely different way.

Gus in this story is around 3 and the girls are still living in Pittsburgh.
