The awakening teen groaned as he shifted on the bed, he rolled over to see if anyone was in the room. And promptly fell off the bed with an echoing thud. “Ah shit!” he hissed, mentally cussing the fact that without the use of his hands, he’d smacked his head off the bed leg. Sighing he sausage rolled across the room before sitting up, legs crossed as he stared at the door as if willing it to open. And low and behold, open it did. Only for some bear looking Doctor to walk in, “It’s time to go to the Day Room now Justin”, he said softly. See how come he was nice, whereas the other woman was just a complete bitch? Sighing, he allowed himself to be lifted to his feet, staring straight ahead as he was led down the seemingly never ending corridor of doom. Okay that was exaggerating a little but to him it seemed it. Eventually he was left at an opening into what seemed to be a large room. It was bright, the windows giving light that would be wonderful for him to paint in. A few people were dotted here and there but one boy caught his attention as he was allowed to wander over, “Hey…” he said softly, sitting beside the stranger who, in turn, looked up with big green eyes before smiling slightly, “Hello”, he replied before going back to playing with his spoon, “I’m Justin, I’d shake your hand but well, it seems I don’t have any”, he joked, motioning to the fact his arms were strapped across his chest. “I’m Cody”, the short haired boy introduced himself before tilting his head to the side, “What are you in for?” he asked the blonde curiously, “Apparently I’m insane. But I know for a fact I’m not, it said I was suffering from paranoid schizophrenia…” he said with a shrug, “I’m not crazy…” he whispered, eyes glazing over as he stared at the floor. Cody, being able to tell the boy was about to have a mental breakdown shook his shoulder, “I know you’re not Justin. Hey, you should use the phone, I’ll even hold it for you. We’re always allowed one phone call home a week”, he explained, smiling at Justin’s excited face as he helped him up. While Cody held the phone, Justin recited the familiar number of his home, listening to the incessant ringing on the other end as he leant heavily on his hip, staring at the wall before someone finally picked up with a snap. “What!?” “…Brian?” ~~~~~~~~ Brian was having a shit day at work. Vance was throwing campaign after campaign at him and, where Brian wouldn’t normally mind about this, the fact Gardner knew his lover had disappeared and thus was affecting his work, he didn’t care. The phone had been ringing off the hook with CEO’s wanting their boards so, when the phone rung yet a-bloody-gain, he was at the end of his tether. “What!?” he barked down the phone, ready to rip the caller a new asshole. “…Brian?” Okay, that was a voice he wasn’t expecting to hear as he immediately straightened on his seat staring at the phone as if he were just imagining the voice on the other end. “J…Justin!?” he asked, voice wary as he listened to his young lover sniff down the phone. “They’ve locked me up. I don’t have the use of my arms!” he all but shrieked, quietly of course. Brian raised an eyebrow, panicking, “Why not? Where are you?” There was a pause as he spoke to someone on the other end, muffled voices halting as Justin spoke, “I’m in a straightjacket Brian”. The older man blinked, “Kinky…” he mused then choked, “Wait, WHAT!?” he yelled, causing Cynthia and the twins to run into his office, looking alarmed as his face paled. “I’m in the mental ward” Well, that wasn’t what Brian was expecting as there was a ruckus on the other end as someone tried to grab the phone when the line suddenly went dead, Brian slowly hanging up before hanging his head. “Boss?” came his assistants quiet and rather worried voice as Brian looked up, “I found Justin”, he mumbled, the twins and Cynthia looking at each other in confusion, “But that’s a good thing right?” Brad asked as Brian shrugged. “He’s in the loony bin…”
