It has been years since the first time I read this. I remembered bits and pieces along the way and I'm glad that I came across this story again. It was a nice read. Thank you for not taking it down. I hope others will find this and enjoy it as I did.

I know I read this years ago but I just got to say that I was very disappointed in this story reading it again, it just seemed to me that everyone grew up, hell, even Michael grew up and learned to act like an adult, (I don't count Lindsay she wasn't in over half the story)  but Justin didn't grow at all, he stayed exactly the same from beginning of pt 1 til the end of pt 2.  At the start he was hiding everything from everyone, till the very end of the story he was still hiding things.  He got hurt, he ran off or distanced himself from everyone, he got mad, he ran off or distanced himself from everyone. Brian learned how to be open and share with his partner and Justin didn't.  Justin started out this story hiding his illness and exhaustion from his partner and ended it by hiding his mental pain from his partner and family.

And I'm a huge Justin fan, but I didn't care for this selfish only thinking about himself everytime a problem cropped up Justin.  He has a child, a son that he should think about how Gus would make of Papa running away all the time.

Plus, I spoke of this earlier, I suffer from fibroid tumors and they do not lead to cancer, they are always benign, always.  If you have uterine cancer they can cause it to spread faster but fibroids on their own are never cancerous.  I wouldn't want to have a fan read this, have a diagnosis of fibroid tumors and panic.  One should always research when writing a medical condition.

Author's Response: First of, if you were so disappointed, why did you read it again ? Everyone grew up ... even Justin, All people deal with loss differently ... Justin tries to deal with his problems alone, without asking for help, instead of depending on Brian. As for the fibroid tumors, you really think I wrote without checking my facts, read the warning, personal issues ... You have fibroid tumors, you are being checked out every year aren't you ? So you have it under control. Sadly some Fibroid are cancerous, most are benign, some aren't. For your information I don't write without checking my facts. Don't like the story the first time around, then don't read it again ! Have a nice day

Requarding the Fibroid tumors, one does not lose their hair, fibroid tumors do not turn into cancer.  If you have cancer of the uterus fibroid tumors can lead to easier spreading or severe cramping but one does not have to have chemo or Radiation therapy for fibroid tumors and this could cause fear in woman who are diagnosed with Fibroid Tumors.

Fibroid tumors very rarely cause symptoms.

I would hate to see a reader who freaks out when reading this.  One should always fact check when dealing with medical conditions.

A beautiful angst filled story. I know the  sequel will be even better.

This story has been heartbreaking and challenging to read. I am so captivated by Brian's and Justin's battles to make their relationship work against all odds and am nervous with anticipation for the sequel.

What an absolutely awesome series. I loved the direction you took our favourite characters in and thought you were spot on with recognising Lindsay's selfish and manipulative ways. I will miss this universe of happy families and friends:-)

Wow, Brian finally opened up in fron of his friends.

Micheal had passed too far a couple of miles back and someone needed to tell him the thruth without censorship, who better than Brian.

I love this story, thanks for writing it.

I just read the entire series and it was one of the best stories I have read!

Reviewer: Sunny (Anonymous) · Date: June 20, 2008 02:44 PM · On: Consequences, Finality and Life Choices

What a great story!

I loved every chapter of it and althought it is nice to see a finished story I´m sad to say goodbye.

Do you have plans to continue writing B/J stories?

Thanks again, Sunny

An excellent story comes to an end and will look forward to more of your work. Shayna is just too adorable for her own good not to mention curious. I'm also happy that everyone got what they all wanted in life to be happy we could do with that.

Going to miss this story sob.

i hate to see it ending. absolutely wonderful.

"No matter what the consequences, finality or life choices, love will always win." so very true in their case.

Shayna is my hebrew name.  Beautiful chapter.  Glad everyone is okay.

What a great ending to this chapter after all the drama this family has been through. I had the pleasure of catching up today and rereading a couple of chapters, this is a most beautiful series that has had my heart for a long time, as beautiful as the name of this little girl, thanks.

how emotional. first i'm crying because of gus. poor little boy to have lindsay for a mother. justin loves him, and he knows justin well. knew he's find him at britin. i think gus calling justin "daddy" threw him.

then you have the shayna (my yiddish name too). how wonderful. she'll have so many people around to love her. none more than her father(s), especially her big brother.

should craig know? NO. he doesn't deserve the title or the respect.

For some reason I have missed the last 5 or 6 chapters and have had a wonderful afternoon catching up, thanks for a great story it is about time they had a cool thing hapen.

Reviewer: Vision (Anonymous) · Date: May 04, 2008 05:03 PM · On: Consequences, Finality and Life Choices

I figured Justin would go to the cemetary b/c of some form of guilt. Talking through all of this has made everyone stronger and yeah Brian is right Justin would have made all the excuses in the world to delay the pregnancy. Here's to happy beginnings.

Great chapter

I really want us to have a break after the year we’ve had." they so deserve it. i'm surprised that brian didn't know where justin had gone. too much going on to get a proper read i guess. things will be better this time, they have to be.

this was a great chapter.

Reviewer: Vision (Anonymous) · Date: April 15, 2008 01:26 AM · On: Consequences, Finality and Life Choices

Wow Lindsay is really something else damn. I am glad Brian got custody and Gus is such a well adjusted and aware young boy. I am sorry Justin is going through all of this again and with Daphne pregnant it just may get worst, it seems almost like PTSD over everything that is going on in his life (bashing, dependence on drugs, the drastic changes in his life) I think he needs some serious downtime.

Excellent Chapter and yeah Daph is pregnant again hopefully this one takes and sticks b/c I don't think any of them could take another still birth or miscarriage.

emontionally draining chapter.

what a bitch. even after losing the custody case she stilled tried to get gus to believe that his only place was to be with her.

the stress of the last year was getting to them all. and justin suffered the most. now with daphne being pregnant he should be happy not dwelling on the fact that he didn't know they she was planning on trying again.

Reviewer: Tess (Anonymous) · Date: April 14, 2008 09:34 AM · On: Consequences, Finality and Life Choices

Im sure daphne thought she was doing them afavour like so they didnt have to get their hopes up each time they tried to get pregnant, I hope justin will be ok
