Thank you so much for all of the kind words. I read all of your comments along the way, but I'm just responding to this last one. (I hope you don't mind.) This story was based on my thought that Justin should finally take the 'stand up for yourself' advice and get away from Brian. I liked writing Stuart and I wanted to show that Brian actually liked/respected him. He's the kind of guy that it's hard to hate. I also wanted to explore the idea of Justin having a kid and this was a way for him to have a baby with no partner/girlfriend/mpreg in the storyline. Thanks so much for commenting on each individual chapter. I thought I'd cleaned up the double posting, I'll have to look at it again. :)
I have another that's in beta-ing right now. Look for it in the next week or so.

This is the type of ending that I've alway wanted to see. On another note I couldn't help but notice that this chapter is a duplicate posting, what I mean is that it repeats a couple of time. These things happen and I'm glad I decided to reread it all the way through.

I am tickled pink by this chapter. Love the talk with Vic and Stuart. Love that Brian actually agreed with what they said. The teddy from Brian was a nice touch. The to top it off you're bringing Gus back home to Pittsburgh. (happy, happy)

Well, Brian is still - Brian. I knew it would be too easy, if there wasn't some negotiation. It would have been nice if they'd manage to move back in together - that would have taken a lot off the table. <grin> Your compromise works well.

Justin is being totally sensible. It's nice that Stuart let Justin know it's okay for him to be with Brian but there is the Ava to think about. At least Brian's not being a dick about it.

How sad to see that Stuart died, but at least it wasn't a nasty death. You can tell that Brian still cares, but is keeping his distance out of respect. Nice. I always felt that Michael held a little resentment towards Justin, so this Michael is taking a little getting used to. Let me guess. They are going to the hospital to see Justin's baby - that's the only thing that makes sense seeing as it's only fair. Hope I'm right.

Stuart seems like a nice guy. I hate him. That's just because I want to see Brian and Justin back together. All that aside, I can see this all unfolding just the way you wrote it.

Thank you for sharing. The living situation was interesting, but nice. I liked that Brian and Stuart respected one another and that Brian stayed true to himself until he was ready to be what Justin wanted/needed. Great banner!
Author's Response: Thanks. I didn't want Brian and Stuart to hate each other - I remembered that Brian held no ill will to Ethan, although he might not have liked him. I could see Brian respecting Stuart and vice versa.

This ended on a sappy note but a fun one. Enjoyed reading this story which is far more a Brian/Justin story than the banner tells the potential reader.

Sometimes the endings turn out kind of sappy, I guess. :) I wanted the banner to portray Justin's other love. I have almost as much fun PhotoShop-ing as I do the stories.

Author's Response: Justin is a forgiving sort, we see that all of the time in the series. Brian's explanation seemed plausible, so I guess that's where this forgiveness comes from.

How did you think this was only a General rated story? This chapter bumps it up to R+ rated, nearly an NC-18 scale. Good chapter however and glad to see them back together but I still have a feeling Brian will blow it.

I thought I'd clicked the NC-18 button, but I guess I missed it. Confusion between Internet Explorer and Firefox. I just changed it to NC-18.
Brian is a complicated character and he's fun to write for. I'm glad the story kept your interest.

At first I wondered if a Justin/Other story would be fun but after reading the first chapter I'm drawn in to see where this goes. The fact it's rated General caught my eye so no sex scenes to speak of happening; just romance. Very interesting concept here and we all know Brian deserved it :) - losing Justin that is. Will they end you back together? Gotta read to find out I guess.
