Hi, Jacky! Thank you for reading this story, and especially for taking the time to leave me your thoughts. I am delighted that you enjoyed this one. I greatly loved to see B and J dancing together, so I thought this would be a natural AU for them.;)  And I share your pet peeve about unfinished works; i HATE to get engrossed in a story, only to find out it has never been finished, so you will never find one of mine left undone. It may take me a while, and perhaps longer than some other writers due to a lot of obligations I have, but I will never leave one incomplete. Right now I have 3 multi-chaptered WIPs (one of which is actually done, but just needs tweaking), but I will not post any new ones until I am at least done with one of the two WIPs first. I'm close with "My Heart's Desire," though.

Really enjoyable ride with this one dear! I am fascinated with the way you can take such totally OOC versions of our boys and thread them through a love story every bit as touching and beautiful as the original, and in doing so give us so many altered but familiar canon glimpses to reach us where our heart lies!

- Drew's struggle with coming out and the possible effect on his career

- Justin's efforts to get to PIFA when the odds are stacked against him

-Marilyn's brilliant and story guiding look into the future

- Debbie's involvement in smoothly the way for these two to find their way

- Justin getting hurt just when the boys seemed to be on top of the world and unstoppable

- Brian being responsible for overcoming the obtacles allowing Justin to get to the college of his dreams

- and of course - Brian being so enraptured with his blonde life changer that the rules all change as well

and I appreciate with as much as we all know you love the angst that leads to the boys rising above it (we all do...it's what drives so much of the passion)...that this story is every but as satisfying even though this OOC Brian seems to find it so much less terrifying to open himself up and be the romantic, caring partner that Justin needs - almost right from the get go...when it comes to Brian and his Justin...OOC stands more for out of control than out of character...once they meet - he just can't help falling - it's inevitable

Just me again-to keep you abreast of our progress.  Up to next to the last chapter.  Everyone really into this. Have added two more people to the peeps-up to 7 now.  Had to find a bigger break room for everyone to sit.  Getting back to the way it was back east.  So much fun!!..You will get a big kick out of Lee.  He is so into this story and glad it is complete and can hear(time allowing) for the read.  I usually can read two or three chapters during break depending how long we have.  Lee really relates.  Dance recitals-need I say more.  So cute!!  lol

I am so happy that I decided to read this fic. Usually I wait until a few chapters are up because I don't like to wait for updates.

When the updates are far apart, I would start rereading the first chapter or earlier chapters to be reminded of the plots.

I see that this one is completed and would be updated regularly. Looking  forward to Brian's reaction to him, obviously, losing the bet.Love the idea of this fic. Would it be a bit of dirty dancing?

Thank you for reading and for the comments.  I perfectly understand your dilemma, too; I'm the same way, and I, also,wind up having to reread a previous chapter sometimes.  I do complete every one of my stories, but I admit that lately I haven't been able to update quite as much as I would like to due to my teaching job.  At least I CAN assure you in this case that this story is, indeed, complete, so posting frequently will not be a problem with this one.  I WILL update my other stories, though, too; "Tame the Wild Stallion" will hopefully be updated tomorrow evening. 

You should never have to worry about mine not being completed eventually; I have written 60 stories so far and have never left anyone hanging.  That's one of my pet peeves, too.:)  Thanks for reading and taking the time to leave me feedback'; I truly appreciate that. I'll get the next part up maybe even tonight.  I hope you continue to enjoy it!  *Hugs*  ~Kim

LOL.  I love Brian.  I really truly do, but every once in a while I LOVE when his true friends (and a good guy like Emmett) gets a chance to pull one over on him.  Brian is very harsh with his (admittedly correct) commentary and criticisms, so being brought down a peg or two seems necessary so he doesn't become a complete ass.

I'm also absolutely thrilled to see the number of people already having read this fic! With your quality writing and loyal fans I can be happily assured the QAF fandom will continue to live and florish.  Thank you soooooo much for your contribution to that legacy!

Hi, Michelle!  First of all, thank you for the lovely comments; that means the world to me.:)  I still love these boys greatly and have a lot of other ideas swimming around in my head.  I don't dare start them yet, though, but eventually I will.  This one (for a change!) is actually a completed work, so I can post it a lot faster than I can some of the others; in fact, I may post another chapter yet tonight.

I do like the idea of Brian being less than confident on the dance floor; we all know he didn't go to Babylon to show off his dance technique - LOL!  Thanks again for your wonderful feedback and for reading; I hope I can continue to write stories that you will enjoy.  *Hugs*  ~Kim

Yeah!  this is a good premise-Emmett has the upper hand for once.  This must be the story you wrote for another site.  Maybe I can find it and finish reading.  Boy nineteen chapters love long stories as you know.  Will read to peeps tomorrow.  Everyone is great, had a nice New Years Eve.  Hope you did as well.  We all behaved ourselves and stayed pretty much sober.  We hired a dd to be safe.  Now I'm off to find the rest of this story-piqued my curiosity big time.  lol
